WHO WE ARE
Neither government, NGO, nor consulting firm.
Collectif 2035 is a diaspora-led Haitian analytical platform. We produce research, financial architectures, policy frameworks, and multilingual civic resources for people working toward durable national institutions.
Our horizon is deliberately long. We believe Haiti's future requires more than emergency response: it requires public legitimacy, institutional memory, financial independence, and the disciplined work of reconstruction.
